Acceptance of Terms

Description of Services
The Service provides AI-powered tools designed to generate creative names, such as business names, product names, domain suggestions, and similar outputs tailored for branding and entrepreneurial purposes. Users input parameters, and our proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms produce customized name suggestions.
- Access to name generation tools is available to registered and non-registered users, subject to usage limits.
- Premium features, including higher generation quotas and advanced customization, require a paid subscription.
- All outputs are generated instantaneously based on user prompts and our AI models.
Any names generated through the Service (the “Generated Names”) are provided for your personal or commercial use. However, you acknowledge and agree that Eipuw does not perform trademark searches or clearance. You must independently verify the availability of any Generated Names, including conducting thorough trademark, domain, and business name registry checks, to ensure they do not infringe on third-party rights.
User Registration and Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You will not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.
Accounts are non-transferable. Upon termination, all associated data may be deleted without notice.
User Content
You may submit inputs, prompts, or other materials to the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Eipuw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and analyze such content to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
Generated Names become available for your use upon creation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your use of Generated Names is at your own risk. Eipuw disclaims all liability for any conflicts, infringements, or unavailability arising from Generated Names. It is solely your obligation to perform due diligence, including trademark verification through official databases and legal counsel where appropriate.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Eipuw or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without prior written consent from Eipuw.
- Generated Names may be used by you for lawful purposes, subject to the trademark verification requirement.
- Eipuw retains all rights, title, and interest in the AI models, source code, and non-user-specific outputs.
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the Service becomes our property without compensation.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringes, misappropriates, or dilutes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Generates spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service’s functionality.
- Harms minors or promotes illegal activities, hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
- Overloads or impairs the Site through excessive automated requests or bots.

We employ monitoring tools to detect prohibited uses and may take immediate action, including content removal and account bans.
Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification, will do so.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that Generated Names will be unique, available, or suitable for your needs. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended results.
You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. No advice or information obtained from Eipuw creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eipuw, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, or strict liability.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties or limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification

You waive any objections to venue or convenience in such courts. For users outside Delaware, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at https://www.eipuw.com/privacy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via third-party processors. You authorize automatic charges to your payment method.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We may adjust pricing with notice via email or the Site.
Canceled subscriptions continue until the end of the current term.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eipuw. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely.
Force majeure events, including acts of God, pandemics, or cyber-attacks, excuse non-performance.
